Craftsman Autocare was able to make an immediate appointment to change out a battery. Staff were helpful and prompt. While there, they did an assessment of basic car safety and needs and provided results in writing with an estimate of further work needed for my consideration. The waiting room was clean and nice. I am new ot the area and will be happy to use this shop again.
