I’ve never actually posted a review for a mechanic because I was raised to believe that if I didn’t have anything nice to say, to not say anything at all. Trust me when I say that the guys at Craftsman Auto in McLean are not only friendly, but honest. They were transparent about the state of my car and didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs. Beyond that, they got me in and out quickly – and they went above and beyond to address all my concerns.
