I had an excellent customer service with Craftsman. I had the assumption that my brakes needed to be replaced (a prior placed had said so), but Bob said that wasn’t the case. He took the time to diligently explain the issues with my SUV in a way that made me feel confident I was making the right decision. I trust the Curry’s above all places I’ve taken my SUV.
