This was my first time coming to craftsman auto care and I was very pleased with the service they provided. They had trouble recreating the issue that I brought my car in for, but they kept trying. They even kept it an extra day, at my request, to keep trying to find the issue. They were extremely informative without being pushy regarding issues that came up in the diagnostic. I will definitely bring my car back for maintenance!
