Communication, Competence, Care: these Craftsman Auto Care Fairfax customer service tenets were on full display when I brought my two vehicles over there for extensive repairs and routine service respectively. An organization reflects its leadership as demonstrated by the performance of Richard Tonetti and his staff. Both he and Mike Flanagan communicated easily about the nuances of my vehicles’ respective statuses and the skill and experience was readily apparent. They have earned my respect and I likely will return for more work without hesitation.
