I followed my mechanic Kellen to this shop. Kellen had worked on my van as well as my daughters SUV. I went in to set an appointment and asked if Kellen would be doing my work and was told NO, he is too technical and it would be a waste of time for him to work on a tire patch. I reluctantly set the appointment anyway for a road trip. I was told to expect about 40 minutes for the repair. When I arrived, the work ended up taking over 2.5 hours!!!!! I was given a portfolio of work that NEEDED TO BE DONE FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!!! I regularly change my oil, rotate tires, and use a gasoline additive monthly. I felt as they just wanted money and to hell with any type of personal relationship with the customers. I walked to my van and looked at the tire that was patched…..I had lumps of grease all over the rim and hubcap of my tire. You would think that it could/would have been wiped clean…again, not any personal touches here!!!! Glad I did not have to pay for 2.5 hours of labor for that patch…disappointed!
