As a young female that knows nothing about cars, I often worry that auto shops will overcharge. I was so pleasantly surprised by how genuinely kind and reasonably priced the service was at Craftsman! For the price of an oil change, they also did a full inspection for me. And they were totally honest about the state of my car without inventing issues to try and squeeze money out of me. I will be using craftsman from now on!
