I used to go to the Craftsman in Fairfax because I love their customer service and this place is just as great. While I’m not the best at knowing whether they are price competitive, any price increases are well worth it to work with a shop that truly cares about their customers. I trust they are giving me good advice and not making things up to get a buck. They explain things well and are not pushy at all.
