I had such a great experience at Craftsman Auto – Merrifield. I went in to have the brakes on my wife’s A4 changed and they did a full inspection and were able to fix a few minor items at the same time. I also had a complementary ride home and didn’t have to wait hours at the shop. The service was excellent and I will definitely be going back.
