I am glad to find an opportunity to share my experience with Craftsman Auto. I’ve had two occasions to do business with these folks. In today’s hustle and bustle, too frequently we are just a number. This was not my experience here. Apprehensive anyway (anything to do with my Suburban), Craftsman put me completely at ease each time. From the time I arrived, to my exit, contact will everyone involved with my service was exceptional. I’m confident all future (planned or unplanned) vehicle “issues” will be with Craftsman.
