Bob took good care of me. Listening to him and his coworkers take care of other customers reassured me that this is the place for me. One of his coworkers explained to another female customer the issues her car had. He did not talk down to her but explained everything in terms that anyone could understand. He was patient, humorous and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone in this place is so personable and respectful and they don’t add on extra maintenance like so many dealerships do. Thank you Bob.
