Service is always as hoped- polite, professional, and polished! The team had an issue with the parts being sent in and worked to remedy the situation as best they could. I was so impressed with the approach to “find a way” and get the job done. As a customer I couldn’t ask for more, when the unexpected happened on their end Craftsman found a way to get the job done and to get it done right.
