My first time stopping by was a blessing in disguise. I accidentally made an appointment for a Craftsman Auto Care in Fairfax, but when I went to the Merrifield location by mistake, Brennan still took care of me and my car even though I didn’t have an appointment with them. I received a call later about what needed to be done and even received pictures of the issues that needed to be resolved. I picked up my car after work and drove home after paying, but noticed the “Maintenance Required” sign on my dashboard was still on, so I was thinking of stopping by later the next day. I received a follow-up call from Pete the next day about how my car was doing and I informed him about the “Maintenance Required” sign. He said they could take a look at that as soon as I drive over since it wouldn’t take to long for them. When I drove over and went inside, Pete came to greet me and said that one of the mechanics could take a look at my car to fix the issue. And he was right! It didn’t take too long and I was back at work before my break was over! Thank you, Brennan, Pete and I think it was Jose that took a look at my car. I’ll be stopping by your store whenever there’s an issue with my car!
