OMG seriously the best service I’ve ever received at an auto repair shop in my life!! Was in desperate need of a last minute state inspection, and after being turned away from multiple places, Craftsman Merrifield saved the day. Not only were they able to squeeze me in during the busiest time for inspections, but Bob, Mason & Jeremy were the most pleasant people to chat with! Seriously the best customer service!
