I’ve used Craftsman Auto Care multiple times now. The first being when my water pump exploded right at closing time. Their drop off after hours service was great and they were able to get to my car the next day and I was able to drive off the lot that day. The second time, I had a mysterious noise coming from my car and they were able to run a full diagnosis on it. I unfortunately had to order a specialty part, which took some time to get delivered, but once delivered they were able to get to my car on my schedule with a same-day turnaround once I dropped the car back off. The folks inside were very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.
