Since my last review, there has been a 360 degree turnaround on the service I received from this station. I had been disappointed with the results of my service in the past and had decided to find another service center to work on my car. However, after my last review, the new manager, (Edson), called me to discuss my concerns. I explained my concerns to him and he asked me to return to his service center to give them another chance. Edson, worked very hard to address my issues and worked very hard to ensure I left Craftsman in Chantilly a happy customer. Well, I had my front struts replaced. I allowed them to outfit my car with a new set of tires (ones that were better suited for my car) and I let them change my rear brake pads and rotors. I allowed them to perform the work on my car because Edson wanted to restore my faith in Craftsman. He did. The last Manager was more interested in explaining to me why certain parts (tires) may ride better on one vehicle than another and suggesting parts that didn’t really improve my ride. Again, thanks Edson for working with me to ensure the parts put on my car would be the parts necessary to give me a more comfortable ride.
