The staff and technicians at Craftsman Auto Care do excellent work. I had my element towed to them, and they were able to diagnose and correct the problem efficiently and for a reasonable cost. There was a miscommunication on my part, and Drew was very professional and patient – working through it with me to reach an amicable solution. The fact that they warranty their work for three years is a big bonus. I am very happy and my car runs better than new.
