Received a flat tire on the road in the afternoon, called Craftsman Auto Care and they said they’d try to fit me in (obv they have appointments pre-booked). Took my chances and drove super slow there since this was the closest and top place given the reviews. Boy the ratings do this place justice. 10 minutes in, they updated me on the initial inspection. Another 10 I received another update and solution. Anther 10 minutes after I was out the door with a fixed tire at a fair rate. I got lucky one of their appointments rescheduled, and at the same time super thankful for them taking me in on this rainy day. I was pretty stressed since I was on a work run but they made it so much better. Always sucks to get a flat tire and I’m glad to have found this shop. Professional, clean, and communicative.
