I had a screw embedded into my tire and went to 3 different places before landing at Craftsman. They immediately took me in and checked the tire (and the others as well) and determined that fortunately the screw never punctured the tire. No need for patching or replacement. Less than an hour later, they came back and gave me full bill of car health and didn’t charge me a dime! They have now earned all my car business!
