I was very happy with my service here. My car was making a rattling noise so I took it to the dealership to see what was going on. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars plus they were trying upsell me on many other items. Decided to go Craftsman and I am glad I did. First – the service was top notch. They did my oil change and inspected my car. They identified the rattling noise as the shocks and suggested I take it to the dealership because it should have been under warranty. Unfortunately it was not so I took my car back to them and they replaced them. They were about 100 cheaper than the dealer’s quote and the experience was much more pleasant. Thank you Steve and the craftsman team for your help! I will be back!
