Car brokedown and stranded in the middle of the street at the corner of Metro Park Dr and Beulah…Rick from Craftsman went out of his way, no charge, came to the rescue!! Helped start my car and ensured I was on my way, and he walked back to the shop. Very professional and shows alot about the kind of service they provide. Ever grateful and highly recommend!!
