My buddy that did all my work moved to SC, so I came back to Craftsman Ffx when I needed some tire, brake work, etc. Brandon talked things out over the phone and we got a good idea of what was needed. Parts ordered immediately. After I dropped my car off, not even 2 hours later I get a text with a link to a full diagnostic including pictures of what needed some love. No nonsense, just a clear view of things that needed to be handled, including some custom parts I wanted installed as well. The whole process was clean and quick.
