This was a great experience starting from my first phone call to schedule the appointment to dropping off my car and finally picking it up. Each stage was met with friendly and helpful staff. I had heard good things about this new auto shop location, so when I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle, I decided to give them a chance. Best decision I could have made. Their rates are very comparable and their added attention to detail is a breath of fresh air…in today’s market. I also love their transparency & the provided reports for current/future recommendations. There was no hardball methods used or upselling and they very patiently listened to my concerns and provided informative answers. They seem genuinely concerned with meeting their community’s/customers’ needs and ensuring the safety of the vehicles serviced. Side note to the team there: Keep up the great work (please don’t change…this type of honest & helpful auto shop is so needed in this area) and I’m actually looking forward to my next vehicle check up. I could go on but I think you get the point…they are skilled, honest, helpful, & thorough…exactly what one wants in an auto shop.
