This is the first time I visited Craftsman Auto Care, Fairfax yesterday morning for a very minor issue of my Car Tires being low on air due to onset of Winter. I was greeted by Mr. Richard at the entrance who was cheerful and welcoming which was a very good start. Richard was very kind to listen to my needs and immediately accommodated my minor requests with ease and no hesitation, Not the least, Richard filled the car tires to the optimum level for all tires. Richard made our family’s day as it was my wife’s car and she had experienced the air being low. We as a family want to thank Richard for this great service with a smile from our hearts and appreciate the effort taken by him as part of the Craftsman Auto Care family.
