Richard was very professional. Everyone was wearing masks which was not the case at mr tire. Additionally they sanitized my car before and after entering it. I was able to get my tire replaced within a few hours even though I came in mid afternoon and they didn’t have my tire in stock. I don’t know how the value is comparatively speaking with other shops but I’d rather have a mechanic I can trust with the work and my safety than hope for a few bucks off. Definitely coming back for future work for both mine and my wife’s cars
