What a great repair shop. I was in need of brake pads and rotors on the front of my Explorer, as well as an examination of a problematic emergency brake. They were by far the lowest quote (4 different options – and by $60) on the brakes and while the e-brake needed an expensive repair, the costs were 2/3 parts. The labor was reasonable, and the repairs are well done. Kingstowne called as I requested once the problem was evaluated and only made repairs with my go-ahead. They were also helpful allowing me to pay by phone and locking my keys in the car so it could be picked up after hours during my work-week!
