Extremely efficient. Make an appointment because they get very busy, which is a good thing. Very straightforward and constant feedback about your vehicle without being pushy. A few times while I was waiting I could actually overhear the staff having conversations about NOT charging customers for work the customer DIDN’T need. And many of the customers I could tell were regulars. Waiting room is very well kept, and there’s plenty of places close to eat while you wait if you choose. And Covid precautions here are well implemented. I have auto repair places closer to where I live but I’ll continue to use the Craftsman folks.
