I have been coming to Craftsman Autocare for about 4 years now. Their service is EXCEPTIONAL. I have never felt pressured into spending money on repairs, ever. Instead, I know what’s going on with my car, what’s important, what’s recommended, what the timeline is before something turns into a bigger issue, what the estimate is for repairs if I want to know. I typically drive cars that are 10-15 years old and need ongoing care and maintenance – and I have learned a lot just through coming here – even without attending the educational workshops they host! Craftsman Autocare is worth every penny because they build their business on relationships and trust. I love getting an inspection report with pictures every time I come – no more surprise emergencies! I love knowing I can trust their advice and expertise. I appreciate that they go the extra mile – for example, setting my clock to the correct time or letting me pick my vehicle up the next day. I’ve moved a lot and used to have to shop around for mechanics – not anymore! I have previously and will continue to come out of my way if needed to have Craftsman Autocare service my vehicle because they care about it like I do and give me the information I need to make informed decisions.
