Recently I had two issues with my car, one of them was leaking oil to the point I had not much oil left in my car. I work close to the Craftsman Auto Care shop so I called to see if I can drop off my car. I did and at the end of the day the problem was fixed. I like the great customer service, they are very friendly, and John gave me a thorough explanation what the problem was with my car.
