I have been to several of the Craftsman Auto Care shops around NOVA and have had consistently good experiences. This time it was for an emergency repair after I had a tire blow out early AM on GW parkway. The folks at the McLean shop were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again without hesitation. Also, I want to give a shout out to Andrew, who comes out to BMW CCA events and offers his wealth of knowledge, good humor, and snacks to all of us drivers for free. He is a real asset to have in the paddock.
