I was having the absolute worst day in general and my battery died as soon as I was leaving work. I had never been here so I called ahead and they told me to come right in. I could see they were swamped with end of month inspections, but they had someone go look at my car right away and get started. The two gentleman at the front carried great convo and kept me looped in the entire time. They serviced my car within 30 minutes and saved me from having to spend extra money by taking the time to clean my battery terminals well. Usually it’s daunting as a woman to go alone to car shops, but I felt heard and taken care of the entire visit. I wasn’t overcharged and called my partner right after to express my immense gratitude for finding a place that felt so inviting.
