Just had my first experience at Craftsman Auto Care and I’m very pleased. Several issues were discovered and documented with quotes provided for each that seemed reasonable. Matt & team are pleasant, respectful, thorough, and transparent. The experience was very good. I decided to try Craftsman to avoid Wiygul, who claims to have great customer service, though my past two appointments at Wiygul were total garbage experiences with on the spot price changes after telling me a price, appointment delays, refusing to service my vehicle, and canceling a follow-up appointment which felt very retaliatory since it had been scheduled weeks prior. Save the trouble and go with Craftsman!
