Craftsman Auto Care was awesome! I needed new tires installed on my car, and they were able to accommodate my early Saturday morning appointment request through their website. The gentleman who ‘signed me in’ was super polite and cheery so early in the morning. Picking my car back up was quick and easy and the service cost less than I was anticipating. One of the mechanics explained that they did an alignment measurement for me, but since no adjustments were needed I wasn’t going to be charged for that. I recently moved out of the Fairfax area but and very glad I made the drive back to get my car serviced here!
