Called Monday morning to get a routine service for my large family car, it’s hard to have the car in a shop for any amount of time since it’s the only vehicle we can fit the entire family in. We got to drive in immediately and the car was ready within 2 hours. The detailed email with both pictures and descriptions of all the parts that were inspected was very helpful!
