I could not be happier with the service provided by Craftsman! I had recently inherited my family’s older vehicle that needed some TLC and I brought it to the Merrifield location on recommendation from a co-worker. I was provided with a detailed inspection report that was easy to follow and well put together. The recommended urgent items were brought to my attention and acted upon quickly. I was provided with options to best fit my needs and the level of customer service was above and beyond. Thank you Jeremy and the rest of the team that took care of me. I will most certainly be back for future repairs and maintenance!
