Good vibes from the start of my initial phone call, to my visit to the shop. Dashaun and Craftsman staff in general are very accommodating and understanding of my situation. knowing how important my car is to my occupation. We managed to cut a fair deal on price for oil change, alignment and spark plug replacement. Overall a good experience, although its something I didn’t want to spend money on, this shop made the the spend worth it. Also Waiting room has free coffee and a free book written by the CEO with your visit!
