For my first appointment ever with Craftsman I took my Honda Pilot in for its 110,000 mile “burp and feeding”. The staff was considerate, polite and patient. My car needed A LOT of work. Matt Curry, the owner was hands on throughout the entire process. The texted report, complete with photos, was extraordinarily helpful in understanding what my car needed. I felt comfortable and looked after the entire time. I recommend them for the courtesy staff, competency, cleanliness of the establishment and use of technology to educate their clients.
