Went in for a tire rotation, came out with pieces all over my car. I tried to figure out where this pieces came from, found out that it was from the glove box. I open up my glove box in my car and what do you know there was the cover to the cabin filter in my glove box. They took off the glove box to get to the cabin filter and just felt like not putting it back together. I wonder what else they forgot to put back together. At this point I’m just waiting for my car to fall apart from some missing item they forgot to put back together. I came for a TIRE ROTATION, that should be easy to do right? Even that they didn’t do right, they rotated only one pair of tire, like can they do anything right. I don’t see how you can trust this company if they can’t even put a cabin filter cover back together and at least correctly connect the glove box. I only noticed because the glove was shaking while I was driving. I hate how they send you this link for some COURTESY INSPECTION, detailing all the problems with my car. In order to do this courtesy inspection, they have to touch and some time take apart (like cabin filter) just to give you an inspection that you never asked for. Who know what they’ve broken while doing this inspection. If I wanted an inspection I would ASK for it. I just went in for a TIRE ROTATION. It might help if i spelled it out for them T-I-R-E R-O-T-A-T-I-O-N. I’m not surprised though, it’s not my first bad experience with this company, but it’s definitely my last.
