I had an oil change at Craftsman. Jonathan and the team are fantastic! They did oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check up in about one hour. I noticed a water leakage after driving home and texted the store. Jonathan called me immediately and told me to drive back for a double check. It turns out to be AC condensation water. Appreciate for their time! One suggestion for the online appointment system – hope it can send email/text confirmation once you submit the appointment request. I was a bit unsure if it went through at the beginning.
