I was very satisfied with the service. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was when I picked up the car there was a loud rattle in the fan. It turned out to be just leaves that probably fell in and were caught when the wipers were changed. I did think it was an over site on their part that they didn't take care of vacuuming them out without my going back in to question the noise. Whoever drove my car from the garage to the parking spot surely would have heard the noise!

I'm usually pretty hands-on with mechanical work on my car, so I really appreciated the ability to directly interact with the technician/mechanic when the car was on the rack. Your shop is clearly top-notch with regard to the investment in tools and technology, as well as the skill and pride in workmanship that your staff reflects. This was my first visit to a Craftsman Auto Care and they did not disappoint. Scheduled an oil change and they were done in less than an hour (dealership took 1.5 to 2 hrs at a minimum). The service was great and their text with the complete inspection report was better than I ever received at the dealer. No attempts to push me into additional service. In fact, they identified an issue the dealership had previously ID'd but gave a simple DIY solution rather than the $300 fix the dealer "recommended". As a result, I scheduled my other vehicle for it's service there and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

These guys give great service for whatever you need! I highly recommend! Honest and trust worthy!

This by far is one of the best shop I have been to in a while; they explain what they are going to do; take pictures to show you what they found and best of allis their work. One word outstanding I have neve been to a place tha has this many really good tech in one spot. They trake very good care of your car while they have it - I was vey impressed and will be back. The Owner Matt will go out of his way to make sure you are totally happy.

Absolute Five -Star service! Had a front end crushed last year and couldn’t pass the emissions test to renew the license plates. The crash took out the AC too. These guys fixed both at a very reasonable price. Exceptional workmanship with an amazing staff. Best car repair work in the DC area!
