Why Are You Test Driving My Vehicle?
  • We take the time to test drive your vehicle before we service it and again afterwards (especially if you are experiencing a drivability issue). We’re experts and we need to feel and experience your situation so we can completely understand and properly diagnose and solve your issue.
  • We don’t feel confident about the condition of your vehicle until we know everything that’s going on with it. Think of it like a doctor’s visit for your vehicle – we check the inside and the outside to make sure everything is in good health so you can reliably get to where you need to be.
  • We understand waiting can be a bit frustrating, but we’re committed to following VA state laws and regulations to ensure your vehicle is thoroughly inspected. Our detailed checks help keep you safe on the road. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
  • Program Coverage: Our Roadside assistance through TechNet covers towing, lock-out help, flat tire assistance, fluid delivery, and battery jump-starts. To be eligible, all you need is an invoice from Craftsman Auto Care.
  • How to Obtain Service: If you need help, contact the licensed service provider of your choice. Coverage includes up to $150 per eligible incident annually.
  • How to Receive Reimbursement: For reimbursement, complete the claim form and submit it with proof of service to TechNet Customer Care. For claim forms and more details, visit TechNet Roadside Assistance.
  • Most repairs are instantly covered with a 36 Month/36,000 Mile Nationwide Warranty with Craftsman Auto Care. If you are able to, return to our location for service. In the event that you are unable to return to us, contact the National Warranty Administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 to be directed to the nearest shop to handle the repair.
