How to Receive Reimbursement
Download and complete the Roadside Assistance claim form and submit it with the required proof of service documents listed on the form. You can email these documents to mechclaims@sonsio.com, fax them to 1-866-924-3668, or mail them to TechNet Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659 Golden, CO. 80402 in order to receive reimbursement. If you have questions concerning a Roadside Assistance Claim please call 1-866-588-0728, option 2.

- Exhaust system(s)
- Fuel system(s)
- Ignition system(s)
- Other minor repairs
- Starting and charging system(s)
- Steering/suspension system(s)
- Hybrid drive battery replacement(s) installed after July 1st, 2016
What Is Not Covered
You must pay for any non-warranty service you request to be performed along with the warranty service. This warranty will not apply to your vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, or tampering (by anyone other than Craftsman Auto Care or its employees). This warranty does not cover replacements or repairs due to normal wear and tear. The employees or agents of Craftsman Auto Care do not have the authority to modify the terms of this warranty or make any promises beyond what is stated in this warranty.
How to Obtain Service
If you can, please return to Craftsman Auto Care for service. If you’re unable to return to the original service center, contact the National Warranty Administrator toll-free at (866) 588-0728 to be directed to the nearest TechNet shop for the repair.
