I had taken my car to a competitor for the annual safety inspection and oil change, and the competitor forgot to do the ture rotation, which is supposed to be done for free with these services. When I asked them about it, they first told me I didn’t need it and then when I insisted told me I needed to do an alignment for $90. It seemed inconsistent to say a tire rotation wasn’t needed but an alignment was. The 2 guys I talked to at Craftsman Auto were straight shooters, gave me a tire rotation for free even though I didn’t pay for any service with them and told me I didn’t need an alignment which seems consistent with what I know. I’ll be taking my car here from now on. Thanks!
