Great, fast service! I’m new to the area, but I came across previous reviews that highly recommended Craftsman Auto. I’ve been here three times, and they’ve been extremely professional every time! This place is a 10/10 in every category! This is also a really convenient location, so if you need to drop your car off, there’s plenty to eat nearby.

I do not normally post glowing reviews, but I will make an exception in this case. I have taken at least 5 cars to Craftsman Auto in Sterling/Cascades, and each visit has gone as well as I could have hoped. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The shop itself is always in great shape. The work is flawless. The prices are always fair. It has become my “go to” option because I have 100% trust in them and in the work they do. I have tried many auto service companies since moving to Loudoun County. There is no better option in this area.

Very friendly. Quick service for vehicle inspections.

We went here for state inspection. It's a small shop but the people here were very nice and they got the job done within an hour. I was also impressed by the very clean restroom.
