I called while on my way to school with an issue with my tire. They worked around my schedule. Showed me exactly what was wrong and didn’t try to upswell anything. They were super friendly, funny and let me ask them approx 5 billion questions. In addition, they let me use the corner table to study even after my car was done, cause I was in the zone. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an oil change at Craftsman. Jonathan and the team are fantastic! They did oil change, tire rotation and vehicle check up in about one hour. I noticed a water leakage after driving home and texted the store. Jonathan called me immediately and told me to drive back for a double check. It turns out to be AC condensation water. Appreciate for their time! One suggestion for the online appointment system - hope it can send email/text confirmation once you submit the appointment request. I was a bit unsure if it went through at the beginning.

Great experience at craftsman. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. They let me under the car to show me what was going on which was very helpful.
