I want to express my gratitude and full satisfaction for the service I received at this Fairfax location of Craftsman. My SUV was packed and my wife and I were headed for a road trip when we realized we had a slow leak in one tire. Drew, the manager detected the problem and had the tire fixed as soon as they could and had us on the road. We lost a little time but we left feeling our vehicle was safe the trip. We live very close to this service station and feels good we can depend on them.

Great customer service. Took my 911 there to check out a tire that kept losing pressure. They found another tire leaking air more than the one I expected. They take pictures of everything and share it via a link that gives you all the details of everything done. Will return for any further service.

We have been taking all our cars here for several years. Honest and knowledgeable on all brands. I’ve done everything from tire rotations to radiator replacements with them. Great guys too!
