Craftsman Auto Care - Chantilly
I highly recommend craftsman auto care Chantilly location as they helped me timely by removing my car number plate. This is a 17-year-old car where the number plate needed car labor hours. for drill to remove the plate. The Toyota dealership had quoted $190 but this store did the work for free. I offered to tip him, but he was like treat it as good customer service. I will always go back to this auto care store.

Took my car for a safety inspection at the Ashburn location of Craftsman, and couldn’t be happier! The details/photos they provide with each point inspected of the vehicle is extremely reassuring. They not only send you a copy of your inspection details, but it’s followed by an estimate as well! The staff was extremely pleasure able to work with. Super honest- which is a big plus!

This place is incredible! Our truck had brake trouble on I66 at 2pm on a Saturday - right in the middle of a weekend road trip - and the manager Dashaun got us in and fixed up and back on the road! Friendly service and top-notch professionalism. Couldn’t be happier with this spot.
