Needed a Virginia state inspection. Got right in and out! A detailed report including pictures was presented to me via email showing things that could need attention in the near future but was not at all pressured to set up any appointments to do so at this time. I will be a returning customer when my automobile needs arise!!

Above and beyond. I've been to the Chantilly location, and now this location- excellent both times. Thomas, Nick, and Matt were each very helpful and all I was doing was a state inspection. It sounds cliche but I'm serious- I will take my car to Craftsman for service in the future.
