I didn't make an appointment, it was during my lunch period, and I needed to work while I waited. They still took me in, their waiting area featured WiFi so I could work, and they still finished my oil change within about an hour. Great experience, incredibly nice people, and I go out of my way to visit them again in the future.

What a great experience! We broke down leaving Wash. D.C. for Akron OH and luckily we were near this location. Ray took our car right in , checked some issues to see if he could get us on our way quickly and when it was more serious than he thought- fit us in his busy schedule. He could not get the part we needed but referred us to the nearest Subaru dealer then did not charge us at all for the diagnostics since he knew we’d be re- charged. What a lovely experience to deal with such a kind person in such a stressful situation. Too bad we don’t live in town to give him our future business! Thank you so much!!!

This was my first time with Craftsman Auto care. They have a very easy process. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a state inspection. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. My car was done before the day was over and everything was perfect and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be servicing my car here in the future.
