While I was driving from Virginia to Philly my car showed an oil change level warning I wanted a quick fix so that the car does not break down before I each Philly .I visited this auto care and they were kind enough to fix it quickly by putting little oil just to enable the car without charging me anything .

I really enjoyed the visit to Craftsmen Auto Care. The manager Jonathan went above and beyond! I left my coffee cup in my vehicle because I was using a cane to walk with. He graciously offered to retrieve my coffee cup from my vehicle so that I didn’t need to walk back outside. He explained what was being done with my vehicle and was so friendly and caring! I will definitely be back in the future. Plus they are offering $40.00 off of oil changes.

Great customer service. Had a run-in with a metal piece on the toll road and stopped by 25 minutes before closing and they took me with no questions asked. Great customer service and everyone was professional and efficient. Well definitely return and refer those I know. Also a plus that they were able to help with the tire even with rims. Thanks again!

Very nice and clean facility, friendly staff, quick service.

Staff and manager are more than accommodating. I popped in for something quick but while I was waiting the manager apologized to another customer waiting too long which was maybe 15 minutes. Kudos to the entire team ( manager Johnathan). You do not see customer service like this anymore!

Super helpful staff who let me know to check my tire warranty to save me money even if it meant getting the tire replacement service done at a different place! I really appreciated their helpfulness and honesty. Can’t recommend enough - an all around excellent experience and I will be coming back here for any future maintenance needs.
